- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix your marinade ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add the chicken wings to the marinade, fully coating them.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Arrange the marinated wings in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, use tamari instead of soy sauce. Marinating overnight intensifies the flavor.
