  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch ginger (grated)
  • 1 cup bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles: Heat a large pot of salted water and cook the egg noodles per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Marinate the beef: In a bowl, combine slices of beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
  3. Heat the oil: In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Sauté aromatics: Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Cook the beef: Add the marinated beef to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  6. Add vegetables: Toss in sliced bell peppers and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the veggies are tender yet still crisp.
  7. Combine noodles: Gently fold in the cooked noodles, mixing everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish and serve: Top with sliced green onions before serving hot.
