Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract in another bowl until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture. Stir gently until just combined; avoid overmixing to keep the pancakes fluffy.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface (about 2-3 minutes).
- Flip the pancakes and cook until they are golden brown on the other side.
- Remove the pancakes from the skillet and immediately sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar.
- Repeat with the remaining batter and serve warm for best results!
Notes
For a fun twist, try adding chocolate chips or blueberries to the batter.
