Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Start by chopping the garlic and any vegetables you’d like to include.
  2. Sear the chicken: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tbsp of butter. Add the chicken breasts and season them with salt and pepper. Sear for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
