- 2 cups Hungry Jack Pancake Mix
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
- Brown the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked, then drain off any excess grease and set aside.
- Combine the pancake mix and water in a large mixing bowl according to the package instructions.
- Stir in the cooked sausage, shredded cheese, and maple syrup until everything is well mixed and smooth.
- Fill each muffin cup about three-quarters full with the batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
- Serve warm with an additional drizzle of maple syrup for dipping.
