- 2 ripe mangoes sliced into thin strips
- 2 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
- 1. Peel mangoes and slice into thin matchsticks
- 2. Shred green cabbage and red cabbage
- 3. Julienne carrots and thinly slice red onion
- 4. Chop fresh cilantro
- 5. Whisk lime juice olive oil honey salt and pepper
- 6. Combine cabbage carrots mango onion and cilantro in bowl
- 7. Pour dressing over slaw and toss gently
- 8. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed
- 9. Serve immediately or chill 10 minutes before serving
