- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, boil the diced potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and allow them to cool.
- In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, milk, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooled potatoes to the bowl and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
