Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup avocado oil

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix the lime juice, avocado oil, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to form a marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Place the chicken on the grill.
  5. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
  6. Once done, remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
  7. Serve topped with fresh cilantro and sliced avocado.

Notes
