- 4 Chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a dish and pour the honey garlic mixture over them. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Baste with the marinade halfway through cooking.
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest before serving.
- Serve with rice or noodles and steamed vegetables, garnished with sesame seeds or chopped green onions.
Notes
For best results, marinate the chicken overnight. Adjust sweetness by varying honey amounts. For a thicker sauce, simmer the marinade.
