Ingredients
- Flatbread (store-bought or homemade)
- Boneless, skinless chicken breast
- Tzatziki sauce
- Feta cheese, crumbled
- Cherry tomatoes, diced
- Cucumber, sliced
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- Arugula or spinach
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Optional: Cauliflower crust for a gluten-free version
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the flatbread package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
