Delicious handheld rollups filled with seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar, and wrapped in flaky crescent dough, perfect for busy weeknights or parties.

- 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced (about 2–3 cloves)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted (for brushing)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Heat a skillet over medium, add the ground beef and minced garlic, and cook until browned, about 6–8 minutes.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, season with salt and pepper, and mix in the shredded cheddar off the heat.
- Unroll the crescent dough on a clean surface, press seams to form rectangles, and cut into roughly 8 pieces.
- Place a spoonful of the beef-cheese mixture near one edge of each rectangle, fold and roll up, placing seam-side down.
- Brush each rollup with melted butter.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and puffed, then let rest for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
