  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced (about 23 cloves)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted (for brushing)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium, add the ground beef and minced garlic, and cook until browned, about 6–8 minutes.
  3. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, season with salt and pepper, and mix in the shredded cheddar off the heat.
  4. Unroll the crescent dough on a clean surface, press seams to form rectangles, and cut into roughly 8 pieces.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef-cheese mixture near one edge of each rectangle, fold and roll up, placing seam-side down.
  6. Brush each rollup with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and puffed, then let rest for 2 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
