- 14 oz kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- 1. Spray crockpot with nonstick spray
- 2. Layer half of pierogi in crockpot
- 3. Add half kielbasa and onion
- 4. Sprinkle half cheese and garlic
- 5. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients
- 6. Pour chicken broth evenly

- 8. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours
- 9. Stir gently before serving
- 10. Garnish with parsley and serve
