Description
Delicious and crispy Buffalo Chicken Taquitos filled with tender chicken, zesty buffalo sauce, and gooey cheese. Perfect for game day or a weeknight dinner.

- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 10 small tortillas
- Oil (for frying)
- Blue cheese or ranch dressing (for dipping)
Instructions
- Mix the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce and shredded cheese until well combined.
- Take a tortilla and place a couple of tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center. Roll it tightly.
- Heat about 1 inch of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Carefully place a few taquitos into the hot oil, frying them until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Transfer the taquitos to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil and serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
Warm tortillas in a dry skillet before rolling to prevent tearing.
