  • 10 small tortillas

Instructions

  1. Mix the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce and shredded cheese until well combined.
  2. Take a tortilla and place a couple of tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center. Roll it tightly.
  3. Heat about 1 inch of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Carefully place a few taquitos into the hot oil, frying them until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides.
  5. Transfer the taquitos to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil and serve hot with dipping sauce.
