- 1 Cooked chicken breast (shredded or chopped)
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 Red onion (thinly sliced)
- Fresh cilantro (chopped for garnish)
- Olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness on a floured surface. Transfer to a greased pizza pan or baking sheet and brush edges with olive oil.
- Toss the cooked chicken breast in 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce until well coated.
- Spread the remaining BBQ sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a 1-inch border for the crust.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Distribute the BBQ chicken pieces and sliced red onions on top.
- Finish with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle fresh cilantro before serving.
