Crispy chicken sliders packed with flavor, smothered in a creamy and spicy Bang Bang sauce.

- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- Slider buns
- Lettuce and other toppings (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Set up your breading station: Place flour in one bowl, beaten egg in the next, and breadcrumbs in a third.
- Begin the breading process! Dredge each chicken breast in the flour first, then dip it into the egg, and finish with the breadcrumbs.
- Lay the breaded chicken onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the chicken is baking, whip up the Bang Bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha.
- Once the chicken is done, let it rest for a couple of minutes before slicing into slider-sized pieces.
- Assemble your sliders with crispy chicken on buns, a generous dollop of Bang Bang sauce, and any desired toppings.
- Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
Notes
For extra crispy coating, double dip the chicken in egg and breadcrumbs. Can customize toppings based on preference.
