Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease two 9-inch pans.
- 2. Whisk flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- 3. Add eggs, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla and mix until smooth.
- 4. Slowly add hot coffee and mix until combined.
- 5. Divide batter into pans and bake 30 to 35 minutes.

- 7. Beat butter until creamy.
- 8. Add powdered sugar and cocoa gradually.
- 9. Mix in cream and vanilla until fluffy.
