- 1 box pancake mix
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup strawberry glaze (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, mashed bananas, chopped strawberries, sugar, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes. You’ll know it’s done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Once baked, let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Drizzle with strawberry glaze just before serving for a beautiful finish!
Notes
