- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 inch fresh ginger (minced)
- 2 green onions (sliced, for garnish)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles as per the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken to the skillet. Season it with salt and pepper.
- Cook until golden brown and cooked all the way through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and ginger. Cook until fragrant, around 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce and honey (or brown sugar). Mix well to ensure the chicken is coated.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet. Toss everything together to coat the noodles evenly in the sauce.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving hot.
