- 300g chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Optional: chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles as instructed on the package; once done, set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced chicken to the pan. Cook until it’s browned and fully cooked through.
- Toss in the minced garlic, sautéing for about a minute until it’s fragrant.
- Combine the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and honey in a mixing bowl. Pour this flavorful mix over the cooked chicken.
- Add the noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until the noodles are fully coated and heated through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Can substitute chicken for tofu or shrimp. Use whole grain noodles for a healthier twist.
