Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and slice them in half.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.
- Lay the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
