Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  2. In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture. Stir gently until just combined; it’s okay if there are a few lumps.
  4. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or cooking spray.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
  7. Remove from the skillet and immediately sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  8. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, pair them with maple syrup, chocolate sauce, or fresh fruits. They can also be frozen for up to two months.
