Description
Delicious spaghetti served in crispy garlic bread bowls, combined for a fun and comforting meal.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8–12 oz spaghetti
- 4 individual garlic bread rolls
- 2 cups pasta sauce (marinara or your choice)
- 1 cup diced vegetables (optional: bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- While the pasta cooks, heat your chosen pasta sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. Add diced vegetables and simmer until tender.
- Hollow out the garlic bread rolls to create individual bowls.
- Toss the drained spaghetti with the warmed sauce until coated, then fill each garlic bread bowl with the sauced spaghetti.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan generously over each filled bowl.
- Arrange the bowls on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–15 minutes until the edges are crisp and the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve while hot.
Notes
Best served immediately, but can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated. For a lighter dish, substitute half the spaghetti with spiralized zucchini.
