Ingredients

  • 4 individual garlic bread rolls
  • 2 cups pasta sauce (marinara or your choice)
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (optional: bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. While the pasta cooks, heat your chosen pasta sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. Add diced vegetables and simmer until tender.
  3. Hollow out the garlic bread rolls to create individual bowls.
  4. Toss the drained spaghetti with the warmed sauce until coated, then fill each garlic bread bowl with the sauced spaghetti.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan generously over each filled bowl.
  6. Arrange the bowls on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–15 minutes until the edges are crisp and the cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve while hot.

Notes

Best served immediately, but can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated. For a lighter dish, substitute half the spaghetti with spiralized zucchini.
