Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas until smooth in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the bananas and stir until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon for the topping, and sprinkle it over the batter.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
