- 1 cup cream cheese, softened

- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Add seafood: Gently fold in the shrimp and crab meat, ensuring that they are well-coated with the mixture.
- Prepare the biscuits: Roll out each biscuit and flatten them slightly to create an easier filling space.
- Fill the biscuits: Place a generous spoonful of the shrimp and crab mixture in the center of each biscuit.
- Seal securely: Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal tightly, ensuring none of the delicious filling escapes during baking.
- Arrange on a baking sheet: Place the filled biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and fully cooked.
- Add cheese: Once golden, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the tops of the biscuits and return to the oven for another 5 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt and bubble.
