  • 2 cooked sausage links, crumbled
  • 2 large eggs, scrambled

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the crescent dough onto a baking sheet, aligning the triangles.
  3. Scramble the eggs in a pan until just set.
  4. In the same skillet, cook your sausage links until browned and then crumble them.
  5. Combine the scrambled eggs and crumbled sausage in a bowl.
  6. Spoon the sausage and egg mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle.
  7. Roll the dough from the wide end toward the point to form a roll-up.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
  9. Remove from the oven, allow them to cool slightly, then enjoy warm!
