- 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Crushed pretzels
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl and stir in the mustard until well combined.
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Roll the egg-coated chicken in the crushed pretzels, pressing slightly to help them adhere.
- Arrange the coated chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the tops of the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden-brown.
- Melt cheddar cheese in a saucepan with a touch of mustard and drizzle this over the chicken before serving.
