Scale
- 1 package of Lil’ Smokies sausages
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In your slow cooker, mix the pineapple chunks, brown sugar, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until the brown sugar is well dissolved.
- Add Smokies: Once mixed, gently add the Lil’ Smokies to the pot. Make sure each sausage is coated in that luscious sauce.
