- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan (for sauce)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken cutlets generously with salt and pepper.
- Dredge the chicken in flour, dip into the beaten eggs, and coat with the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy, then transfer to a plate.
- Melt butter in the same skillet, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then stir in grated Parmesan, simmering until thickened. Season to taste.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon the sauce generously over the top, and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, pasta, or roasted vegetables.

Pound chicken cutlets for even cooking. Reheat in an oven or air fryer to maintain crispiness.
