Ingredients

- 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup Ricotta cheese
- 8 sheets Phyllo dough
- 1/2 cup Melted butter
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 tablespoon Chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or dill)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the filling by combining crumbled feta, ricotta, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs in a mixing bowl.
- Assemble the rolls by laying out a sheet of phyllo dough and applying melted butter generously.
- Add a spoonful of the cheese mixture at one end of the phyllo sheet and roll tightly, tucking in the sides.
- Brush the top with olive oil and place seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Make the chili honey by heating honey and chili flakes in a saucepan until bubbling. Drizzle over the rolls before serving.
