Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.

- Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked to your liking, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the pot from heat and incorporate the grated Parmesan cheese until creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
