  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet, browning on both sides (about 5 minutes).
