- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tbsp real butter (unsalted recommended)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep: Chop garlic and any other desired vegetables.
- Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add chicken breasts and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Sauté Garlic: Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Cook the Noodles: Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil, stir in egg noodles, reduce heat, and let simmer for 8-10 minutes until al dente.
- Finish: Remove from heat, stir in remaining butter, and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
