Description

No knead dutch oven bread is a simple, artisan-style loaf with a crispy crust and soft interior. Made with just a few ingredients, this easy bread recipe requires no kneading and delivers bakery-quality results at home.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix flour salt and yeast in a bowl
  2. 2. Add water and stir into shaggy dough
  3. 3. Cover and rest 12 to 18 hours
  4. 4. Shape dough on floured surface
  5. 5. Rest again for 30 minutes
  6. 6. Preheat oven with Dutch oven to 450F
  7. 7. Transfer dough into pot and cover
  8. 8. Bake 30 minutes covered then 15 uncovered
