Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare two 8 inch cake pans
  2. 2. Whisk flour baking powder baking soda cinnamon and salt
  3. 3. Whisk sugars eggs oil and vanilla until smooth
  4. 4. Fold in grated carrots
  5. 5. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and mix gently
  6. 6. Divide batter evenly between pans
  7. 7. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until toothpick comes out clean
