Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pancake mix, milk, and egg until you have a smooth batter.
- Fold in the crumbled sausage and the maple syrup.
- If desired, incorporate the shredded cheese.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour small amounts of the batter onto the skillet to form bite-sized pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then carefully flip them over.
- Cook until both sides are golden brown, then serve warm with extra maple syrup on the side.
Notes
