- 1 cup bread crumbs (preferably seasoned)

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a shallow bowl.
- Whisk together the eggs and milk in another bowl until well combined.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, making sure to coat both sides thoroughly.
- Dip the floured chicken into the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off.
- Coat the chicken pieces in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure the crumbs stick well.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake it in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
