Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded (or mozzarella)
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Low carb tortillas or wraps (cauliflower wraps optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, and sauté until tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. Add thinly sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 4 to 5 minutes. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove from heat and sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef and veggies. Stir until the cheese melts.
  4. Place a generous amount of the beef mixture in the center of each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
  5. Serve immediately while the cheese is warm and gooey.
