A delicious keto-friendly take on the classic Philly cheesesteak, featuring savory beef, sautéed vegetables, and melted cheese wrapped in low-carb tortillas.

- 1 lb thinly sliced beef
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded (or mozzarella)
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Low carb tortillas or wraps (cauliflower wraps optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, and sauté until tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add thinly sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 4 to 5 minutes. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef and veggies. Stir until the cheese melts.
- Place a generous amount of the beef mixture in the center of each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
- Serve immediately while the cheese is warm and gooey.
Notes
These rolls can be served with a fresh garden salad or steamed broccoli. For a dip, a creamy ranch or spicy mustard is recommended.
