  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

  • 1 pound Chicken Tenders
  • Fresh Parsley or Dill (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix the marinade: In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and cumin (if using).
  2. Coat the chicken: Add chicken tenders to the bowl and stir until fully coated. Cover and refrigerate. Marinate at least 30 minutes; up to 6 hours for deeper flavor.
  3. Preheat your pan or grill: Heat a large skillet over medium-high and add a little oil, or preheat a grill to medium-high.
  4. Cook: Remove excess marinade and cook tenders 3–4 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
