Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice onions into thick rings, about half an inch wide.
- Mix softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and diced jalapeños until well blended.
- Fill each onion ring with the cheese mixture, ensuring they’re nicely stuffed.
- Roll the stuffed onion rings in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Fry in hot oil for 3-4 minutes, or until they turn a golden brown.
- Remove from oil, drain on paper towels, and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
