- 1 pound ground beef (or turkey/chicken)
- 8 cubes cheddar cheese (or your favorite melty cheese)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef while seasoning it with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Prepare the biscuit dough and separate it into 8 rounds, flattening each to 1/4 inch thick.
- Fill the dough with the beef mixture and cheese, sealing tightly.
- Melt the unsalted butter and mix in minced garlic. Brush generously over the dough bombs.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over each bomb.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
