- 1 pack King’s Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns (9 count)
- 8 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
- ⅓ cup Cooked Bacon (crumbled)
- 2 cups Fried Chicken Tenders (roughly chopped)
- ½ cup Honey Mustard
- ½ large Avocado (cubed)
- ¼ cup Cherry Tomatoes (quartered)
- 1 pinch Flaky Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your broiler.
- Split the pretzel slider buns in half and arrange them cut side up on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the Pepper Jack cheese evenly over both halves of the buns.
- Add the crumbled bacon on top of the cheese.
- Broil the buns for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the buns are golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the chopped chicken tenders with honey mustard until they are well coated.
- Layer the honey mustard chicken generously on each bun half.
- Top with avocado cubes and quartered cherry tomatoes, finishing with a pinch of flaky salt.
- Close up the sliders, gently pull them apart, and serve with additional honey mustard for dipping.
Notes
For a healthier option, you can opt for grilled chicken instead of fried. Ensure to keep an eye on the sliders while broiling to prevent burning.
