- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat until it’s completely liquefied.
- Stir in the honey alongside garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Carefully add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F / 75°C).
- Baste the chicken with the honey butter sauce from the pan while cooking to infuse flavor.
- Transfer the chicken to a plate, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve with your choice of sides.
Notes
You can substitute chicken thighs for darker meat or use agave syrup instead of honey.
