Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 4×8 inch loaf pan.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas until well combined.
  4. Mix in the baking soda and salt.
  5. Add the sugar and stir until evenly incorporated.
  6. Incorporate the beaten egg and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined.
  7. Gently fold in the flour until it disappears, being careful not to overmix.
