- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk

- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- 1. Whisk flour sugar and salt in bowl
- 2. Add eggs milk melted butter and vanilla whisking until smooth
- 3. Rest batter twenty to thirty minutes
- 4. Heat heavy cream until steaming then pour over chocolate chips and stir until smooth
- 5. Heat lightly buttered nonstick skillet over medium heat
- 6. Pour quarter cup batter into pan swirling thinly
- 7. Cook until edges lift then flip and cook briefly
- 8. Spread chocolate filling across center and roll tightly
- 9. Dust with powdered sugar and serve
