Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream the butter and sugars in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Incorporate the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
- Combine both mixtures by gradually adding the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Make the streusel by mixing the streusel ingredients until crumbly.
