Description
A quick and flavorful dish featuring tender steak bites tossed in garlic-butter sauce and served with crisp zucchini.
Ingredients

- 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or New York strip), cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced into half-moons
- 3 tablespoons butter (unsalted)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Pat the steak cubes very dry with paper towels and season evenly with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high and add the olive oil.
- Add the steak in a single layer and sear 1–2 minutes per side until browned. Remove the steak to a plate.
- Lower the heat to medium and add butter to the skillet.
- Add the minced garlic and stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant; be careful not to burn.
- Add the zucchini to the skillet and sauté for 3–5 minutes until tender-crisp and lightly browned.
- Return the steak bites to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic butter. Cook for 1–2 more minutes until heated through.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve warm with lemon wedges on the side for added brightness.
