- 4 pork chops – Boneless or bone-in
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté the minced garlic in the skillet for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Sear the pork chops in the skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (145°F internal temperature).
- Rest the chops for a few minutes after removing from the skillet.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Use at least 1-inch thick pork chops for optimal juiciness. Fresh garlic provides the best flavor.
