- 1 package Pizza Dough
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce
- 2 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 2 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle, about ¼-inch thick.
- Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a narrow margin at the edges.
- Add shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce, distributing it evenly.
- Roll the dough tightly from one edge into a log, sealing the edges.
- Slice the rolled dough into 1 to 1.5-inch thick pieces.
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the rolls cut side up.
- Make the garlic butter by melting the unsalted butter in a small saucepan and sautéing the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Brush the garlic butter generously over each roll, finishing with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve hot with marinara for dipping!
