A quick and creamy homemade version of Hamburger Helper that is both comforting and delicious.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add elbow macaroni, beef broth, and milk. Stir to combine.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer for about 10-12 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, add your favorite vegetables like bell peppers or peas.
