A delicious and easy recipe for creamy crack chicken made in a crock pot.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the chicken.
- Cut the cream cheese into cubes and place on top of the chicken.
- Cook on low for 360 minutes (6 hours) or on high for 240 minutes (4 hours).
- Once the chicken is cooked, shred it with two forks in the crock pot.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve on buns, over rice, or as desired.
Notes
For best results, use fresh chicken breasts. You can adjust the amount of ranch seasoning for your taste.
